Trick to hide files without additional programs

Want to hide files or folders on your Android device without installing extra apps? This simple trick uses your built-in file manager.
How to Hide Files/Folders:

Open File Manager: Launch your device's default file manager application. (The name might vary slightly depending on your phone's manufacturer; it's usually called something like "Files," "My Files," or "File Manager.")

Select Item: Choose the file or folder you wish to hide.

Rename: Tap the "Rename" option.

Add a Period: Add a period (

) at the very beginning of the file or folder name. For example, if the folder is named "MyPictures," rename it to ".MyPictures."

Hidden! The file or folder will instantly become invisible in your regular file manager view.

How to Show Hidden Files/Folders:

Open File Manager: Go back to your file manager app.
